Under various operating systems, including QNX4, Unix and DOS a Connect Tech driver may report the error message
"Unable to verify code into coprocessor". This error message is indicating that the driver has attempted to load
the Intellicon firmware into the Intellicon, but was either unable to start the firmware or verify that it was
actually loaded into the card.

The cause is most likely a Memory Conflict OR a mis-match between the hardware settings and the settings the driver
was started with.
The solution is to eliminate the memory conflict or correct the settings.
