Connect Tech Launches New Look for Web Site
Guelph, Ontario - December 2001
To enhance communications with its global consumer base, Connect Tech has launched a totally redesigned Web site.
Offering better navigation, better organization of information and a cleaner look, the new Web site makes it easier than ever to find out about quality Connect Tech products. In addition, it features news highlights and keeps customers informed about upcoming adapter or software releases.
In conjunction with the Web site, the company will also release a quarterly newsletter, Connected, so consumers, resellers and distributors don’t have to wait to hear through the grapevine when exciting new Connect Tech designs are about to hit the marketplace.
The Web site was designed by the creative talents of Active Web, who took Connect Tech’s ideas and turned them into a workable reality. David Worthen, President of Connect Tech, is pleased with the new direction of the site. “When you deal with customers worldwide, you need to offer them a method of retrieving up-to-date information on products no matter what their time zone. A Web site that provides accurate, clear information in an easy-to-navigate format just makes it that much more convenient for customers, both old and new, to keep in touch and stay informed.”
The Connect Tech Web site includes a comprehensive support section with software downloads, KDBs, installation instructions, Warranty Registration and RMA forms. Other helpful tools include a baud rate calculator and a system to determine the “best fit” product for a company’s application needs.
