Connect Tech Receives ISO 9001 Certification

Connect Tech Inc. is proud to announce that ISO registrar ITS Warnock Hersey has awarded their quality management system ISO 9001 certification. ISO 9000, authored by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is the most widely recognized international standard for quality management, adopted by more than 90 countries including Canada, the European Union, Japan, and the United States. The standard provides guidelines in the development and implementation of an effective quality management system that includes design control, manufacturing, and customer support services. ISO 9001 is the most extensive standard of the ISO 9000 series of standards. 

ISO 9001 certification is an involved process to create, document, and implement procedures aimed at improving the quality of products. "The sixth month process was a demanding task and thanks to the efforts of all our staff we were able to achieve certification in the first audit," said David Worthen, President Connect Tech Inc. ISO certification now provides Connect Tech customers, suppliers and employees with an independent and objective method of assessing the quality system's measure of success.
