These ISA-bus products, first introduced in 1989, have enjoyed a long life and are still working hard in the field. Over the years, however, a critical component of the board was discontinued by our supplier.  In anticipation, Connect Tech stocked a substantial inventory of this component to ensure we could continue to provide our customers with an adequate supply of these products. 

Strong demand for these boards has begun to deplete our stock, and a suitable replacement cannot be found. We are faced with the unavoidable: final production runs of these ISA products.

For those customers who have invested in the product and whose systems continue to rely on the availability of these adapters, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Connect Tech Inc. is committed to doing all in our power to ensure this transition is as smooth as possible for our long-time customers. Once we have completed our final production run, our engineering team can work with you to produce a custom ISA product that will work within your existing system. We are also prepared to aid you in your efforts to upgrade, should you decide to do so. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with your concerns or questions. We are here to help in any way we can. 

Please note we will continue to service existing boards, and will honor all existing warranties. We are also able to provide additional Serial Line Interface Modules for a limited time.

The following options are available to you:

1. Replace your existing DFlex product with an equivalent board: the Echo/ISA adapter.
2. Contact Connect Tech and let our engineering staff design a custom ISA board to fit your particular system.
