Our Universal PCI
multi-port serial cards are designed to offer the most flexibility for your
dollar, perfect for your current and future PCI bus based applications. Connect Tech has added
low profile and Universal versatility to its popular PCI selection to accommodate the
evolving nature of the PCI bus. It is designed to fit into
systems with both the older 5V connection as well as those
with the newer 3.3V connection. The arrival
of the newest conventional PCI specification marks the first
step in the migration to 3.3 volt signalling systems. Connect
Tech will ensure you're ready, making the transition a smooth
process for your serial I/O requirements.
This low profile Universal PCI adapter is the perfect fit in today's new embedded
designs. A small MD1 profile, high data transfer speeds, and options for interface configuration and
available optical isolation puts the reliable BlueStorm/LP in a class of its own.
The BlueStorm/SP standard profile
Universal PCI card offers the advantage of compatibility
with both 3.3V and 5V systems. Supporting data speeds up to
1.8432 Mbps with multi-strike surge suppression on each
port, this card is ideal for applications where speed and
reliable data communications is required.
The BlueStorm/SP Opto offers the added
protection of optical isolation for your critical
applications. BlueStorm/SP Opto is an extension of the
BlueStorm product family and is available as a standard
profile card only.
BlueStorm/SP RJ-11 offers eight ports of RS-232 serial
connectivity. Each port can be configured independently for baud rate,
parity, data and stop bits. Eliminate the need for external power supplies
with the +5 VDC or +12 VDC of power provided on six RJ-11 ports for applications
where peripherals may require it (up to 300mA total). Two DB-9 connectors are
also accessible via an optional cable assembly.
